My Background

Sarah Mitchell

Registered Nurse & Aesthetics Practitioner

I’m a Registered Mental Health Nurse with over 20 years’ experience across NHS. That nursing background shapes the way I work in aesthetics – I want people to feel listened to, comfortable and never rushed into having a treatment.

I trained in facial aesthetics in 2023 and have continued to build on that training in dermal fillers, skin treatments, polynucleotides, microneedling and other non-surgical treatments.

I take a very individual approach, so we start with what is bothering you, talk through what is realistic, and decide together what treatments are best for you

I like results to look fresh, subtle and natural. The aim is for you to still look like you, just feeling a little more confident.

Frequently askED questions

I offer a wide range of aesthetic treatments, including wrinkle-reducing injections, dermal fillers, polynucleotide treatment and more. Contact me for a personalised consultation to determine the best treatment for your needs.

Yes, all treatments are performed by a qualified aesthetics nurse. We use only high-quality, approved products and follow strict safety protocols to ensure your comfort and safety.

The duration of results varies depending on the treatment. For example, wrinkle-reducing injections typically last 3–4 months, while dermal fillers can last 6–18 months. We will discuss expected outcomes during your consultation.

Most treatments are minimally invasive and involve little to no discomfort. We use numbing creams or other techniques to ensure your experience is as comfortable as possible.

Recovery time varies by treatment, but most aesthetic procedures have little to no downtime. For example, you may experience mild redness or swelling, which usually resolves within a few days.

Booking a consultation is easy! You can contact us directly through our website, call our clinic, or send an email. I will be happy to discuss your goals and create a customised treatment plan.
