Your journey begins with an in-depth consultation with Dr Lauren. Whether you’re interested inseeing medical aesthetics treatment, skin health or both, we’ll take time to understand your goals, concerns, and history before making any recommendations.

Getting Here
By Car
There’s parking nearby on Haddow Street, John Street, and High Patrick Street as well as the Duke Street car park a five minute walk away. If you’re using a sat nav, enter ML3 7HX to bring you directly to our door. As well as travelling from Glasgow, patients often travel from Bothwell, Uddingston, East Kilbride, and Strathaven – all less than 20 minutes away.
By Train
We’re a short 5-minute walk from Hamilton Central Station (ML3 6AD), with regular services from Glasgow Central and surrounding Lanarkshire towns including Motherwell, Uddingston, and Larkhall.
On Foot or Bus
We’re right in the centre of Hamilton, just off Quarry Street, close to Hamilton Town House and Regent Shopping Centre. Several local bus routes stop within two minutes’ walk of the clinic.

Frequently Asked Questions - Our Clinic
We offer free on-site parking in the church car park directly beside the clinic. If the barrier is down, simply call us and we’ll come out to let you through. Additional on-street parking is also available nearby. We recommend allowing a little extra time during busier periods.
Our main entrance is located at 16 Haddow Street, with discreet, easy-to-spot signage beside the door. Use the intercom system to let us know you’ve arrived – dial A1 – and a member of our team will buzz you in.
Head up the staircase directly in front of you, follow it round, and take the left-hand door.
Turn left again into reception, where our front-of-house team will welcome you, check you in, and make sure your consultation form is completed before your appointment.
Just yourself!
If you’ve already completed your digital consultation form, there’s nothing else you need. If not, please arrive 5-10 minutes early to complete it before you see Dr Lauren.
To maintain a calm, private clinical environment, we ask that you attend your appointment alone where possible – though we understand you may sometimes prefer a little moral support. Please note that children under 18 are not permitted in the clinic.
If you’re delayed or need to make changes to your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. We’ll always try to accommodate you, but late arrivals may need to be rescheduled to ensure we give every patient the unhurried time and attention they deserve.
