Appointments - FAQ

When booking with Dr Lauren for the first time you’ll have a consultation that lets you and Dr Lauren understand your concerns and needs and plan what treatment is most appropriate for you. In some cases it might be that you and Dr Lauren are both happy to do some treatment that day but most patients come back for treatment after a detailed conversation.

No consultation is required when booking a Skin Suite Treatment. Our skin therapists are experienced in skin assessment and Dr Lauren is always on hand if there are any concerns.

Appointments open 3 months in advance though if you know you have an event further ahead and want to secure your booking just get in touch!
We know that life happens and plans can change. It’s no problem to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We do ask that you give us as much notice as possible. Late cancellations (on the day) may incur a £50 cancellation fee.

You can book your initial consultation with Dr. Lauren online. Before any treatment with Dr Lauren can be scheduled, this is required to ensure you get the best advice tailored to you.

All Skin Suite treatments (Hydrafacial, HydroPeptide treatments, Dermalux and microneedling) can be booked online.

For existing patients, you can book your next treatment with Dr Lauren if you know what you need or book a review consultation to discuss how to best continue your aesthetic journey.

No deposit or pre-payment is required – but please do let us know if you can’t make your appointment!

You don’t need to bring anything other than your lovely self to your appointment!

If you have specific allergies or skin problems such as a diagnosed skin condition (like eczema, rosacea, psoriasis etc.), then see Dr Lauren for a free, no-obligation consultation. As a medical doctor with many years of experience in treating skin problems, Dr Lauren will give you the best clinical advice and make sure you get the right treatment.
