My Background

Jordan Carroll

Nurse Practitioner

I am a registered nurse with extensive NHS experience across accident and emergency, cardiology, and specialist community care. This background has given me a strong foundation in clinical safety, precision, and a calm, reassuring approach to patient care.

My interest in medical aesthetics developed from a desire to help people feel more confident while maintaining their natural features. I believe in subtle, refined treatments that enhance how someone feels about themselves, always led by their goals and comfort.

Patients often tell me they feel at ease in my care. I take time to listen, explain treatments clearly, and create a supportive space where there is no pressure – just honest advice, individualised care, and safe, beautiful results.

Frequently askED questions

Anti-wrinkle injections use a purified form of botulinum toxin to temporarily relax targeted facial muscles. This reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, particularly on the forehead, frown lines, and crow’s feet. Results typically appear within 3 to 10 days and last around 3 to 4 months.
Not when performed correctly. My approach is always to enhance natural features, not mask them. I focus on achieving subtle, refreshed results that allow for natural facial movement.

Results generally last around 3 to 4 months. With regular treatments, you may notice longer-lasting effects as the muscles gradually become trained to contract less.

Dermal fillers are injectable treatments made from hyaluronic acid, a substance naturally found in the body. They’re used to restore volume, enhance contours, and smooth fine lines. Common areas include the lips, cheeks, chin, jawline, and nasolabial folds.
Most patients experience only mild discomfort. A topical numbing cream is applied beforehand, and many fillers contain a local anaesthetic to make the treatment more comfortable.
Polynucleotides are injectable skin rejuvenation treatments derived from purified DNA fragments. Unlike fillers or botulinum toxin, they don’t add volume or relax muscles. Instead, they stimulate your skin’s own repair processes, improving hydration, elasticity, and overall skin quality over time.
A typical treatment plan involves a course of 2 to 3 sessions spaced a few weeks apart. Results are gradual, with optimal skin improvement becoming visible over several weeks.
Most patients experience minimal downtime. You may notice slight redness, swelling, or small bruises at the injection sites, which usually subside within a couple of days. Aftercare advice will be provided to ensure optimal healing and results.
