Pregnant or breastfeeding women, people with nerve-muscle conditions (like Myasthenia Gravis), or anyone with an active skin infection in the target area must avoid treatment.
Most treatments involve minimal recovery, though you might see mild redness, swelling, or minor bruising for a day or two.
Skip heavy exercise, hot showers, saunas, direct sun exposure, and alcohol for 24 to 48 hours to prevent extra bruising and swelling. Do not massage the treated area for at least two weeks.
